We are looking for a dynamic Non-IT Recruiter to join our team. The ideal candidate will be responsible for end-to-end recruitment for non-technical roles across departments such as sales, marketing, operations, administration, customer service, and more.
Key Responsibilities:
Understand job requirements and create effective job descriptions
Source candidates through job portals, social media, referrals, and other channels
Screen resumes and conduct preliminary interviews
Schedule and coordinate interviews with hiring managers
Maintain candidate database and recruitment reports
Support offer rollout and onboarding activities
Requirements:
Proven experience in Non-IT recruitment
Good communication and interpersonal skills
Ability to manage multiple positions at a time
Female candidates are preferred.
Familiarity with recruitment tools and applicant tracking systems (ATS) is a plus
