Primary Responsibilities

Key Areas of Responsibility:

  1. Recruitment & Onboarding

    • Coordinate end-to-end hiring processes for local and expatriate roles.

    • Handle onboarding and documentation in compliance with Saudi and UAE labor regulations.

  2. Employee Relations & Engagement

    • Act as a point of contact for employee queries and concerns.

    • Ensure positive workplace culture across both locations.

  3. HR Operations & Administration

    • Maintain employee records, contracts, and HR systems.

    • Manage attendance, leaves, and payroll coordination.

  4. Legal & Compliance

    • Ensure HR practices comply with the Saudi Labor Law and UAE Labour Law.

    • Handle visa processing, GOSI (Saudi) and WPS (UAE) procedures.

  5. Performance & Policy Support

    • Support implementation of performance review cycles.

    • Assist in developing and communicating HR policies in line with regional laws.

Requirements

We are looking for a dynamic and detail-oriented HR Executive with hands-on experience in managing HR operations across  Dubai (UAE) or Saudi Arabia (KSA). The ideal candidate should have strong knowledge of local labor laws and be well-versed in performance management and training & development processes to support the organization’s overall HR goals.


Key Responsibilities:

  • Manage end-to-end recruitment and onboarding for UAE and KSA operations

  • Ensure compliance with UAE and Saudi labor laws, including handling visa processes, GOSI (KSA), and WPS (UAE)

  • Maintain up-to-date and accurate employee records and documentation

  • Oversee leave, attendance, and payroll coordination across both locations

  • Act as a point of contact for employee relations matters, ensuring professional and timely resolutions

  • Implement and manage the performance management cycle, including setting KPIs, coordinating evaluations, and supporting managers with feedback mechanisms

  • Identify training needs and coordinate relevant training and development programs to enhance employee skills and productivity

  • Assist in the development and rollout of HR policies and procedures in line with local laws and organizational standards

  • Liaise with PROs and government authorities for legal and administrative requirements

  • Contribute to employee engagement and retention initiatives


Requirements:

  • Bachelor’s degree in Human Resources, Business Administration, or a related field

  • 2–5 years of HR experience, with proven exposure to UAE or Saudi Arabia environments

  • Strong understanding of UAE Labour Law or Saudi Labour Law

  • Experience in performance management systems and designing or delivering training programs

  • Familiarity with visa processing systems, GOSI, WPS, and regulatory compliance

  • Excellent interpersonal, communication, and problem-solving skills

  • Proficient in MS Office and HRIS systems

  • Arabic language proficiency (preferred but not mandatory)
